The most important aspect of The Royal British Legion is Welfare with its own separate Committee.
The Secretary is George Dryburgh and he will be pleased to offer information and guidance to anyone who telephones him on 0208 822 1136 or 07956 214 403.
All requests for Welfare are treated in the strictest confidence, whether successful or not.
Assistance from the Welfare Committee is not conditional on ever having been a Member of
The Royal British Legion; the Legion is here to help existing and former Service personnel (and their dependants) in need.
The Care Homes are designed for long-term nursing, residential, day and dementia care whilst the Welfare Break Centres focus on providing short-term breaks for those who may have had a period of illness or suffered bereavement.
